About Telmivo
Telmivo builds AI employees for companies in Romania and Hungary. They take on routine work, follow the handbook and ask a person before committing the company.
Telmivo is a business-to-business platform where companies rent AI employees for routine work. Each AI employee holds a role, works by the company’s handbook and answers to a manager the company names.
Why we build it
Small and medium-sized companies carry a lot of work that has to be done and that nobody was hired for: the phone that rings through lunch, the inbox that fills over the weekend, the calendar that needs confirming twice. Recruiting for it is slow and expensive. Doing it between other jobs is how it gets done badly.
An AI employee takes on exactly that work. It is not a chat app for the team and it is not a replacement for the people who decide. It is a colleague for the routine, embedded in the company the way a new hire would be: with a role, a manager, a period of probation and a clear limit to its authority.
How we think about trust
Three rules hold for every AI employee, in every company:
- It says what it is. Every AI employee introduces itself as an AI assistant, at the start of a conversation and in its signature.
- It prepares; you approve. Any action that commits the company waits for a person’s decision. This cannot be switched off.
- Conversations stay closed. No user role includes reading transcripts, not even Telmivo staff. An account owner can grant it to a named person, for a limited time, and every read is logged.
Where we are
Telmivo is built in Romania, for companies that work in Romanian, Hungarian and English. The first roles are the receptionist, the director’s PA and the back-office clerk. Access is by invitation while we work with the first companies; request it on the home page and we reply by email.
