From job description to first day at work.

An AI employee starts the way a new colleague does: with a role, a manager and a period of supervision.

  1. Describe the role

    Paste a job description or start from a template, in Romanian, Hungarian or English. Telmivo drafts the role and asks about the gaps, such as who handles complaints.

  2. Hire and connect

    Choose a name, a voice, an email address and a phone number. Name the manager. Connect the phone lines, mailboxes and calendars the job needs.

  3. Try it out

    On a trial run only the manager can talk to the AI employee, to try realistic situations before anyone outside the company does.

  4. Start on probation

    It starts working, and its manager signs off everything it does. When the manager trusts the work, probation ends and it works within the authority of its role.

It prepares. You approve.

An AI employee asks before any binding action, such as a commitment made on your company's behalf. That holds whatever its status, and it cannot be switched off.

Each request says what has been prepared and what has not happened yet. You approve it, edit it first, or decline.

Telmivo is a business-to-business platform. It is set up for a company, by the company's administrators, and it is not offered to private individuals.

  • Small and medium-sized companies

    Cover for the phone, the inbox and the calendar, without recruiting for it.

  • Groups with several companies

    One account keeps each legal entity separate, with its own locations, teams, handbook and AI employees. Nothing is shared between them unless you share it.

  • Partners and resellers

    Accounting firms and IT providers can set Telmivo up for their clients. A partner reaches a client's account only through a link to that account.

Questions companies ask first.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is an AI assistant that holds a role in your company, such as receptionist or director's PA. It has a name, a manager, working hours and a set of systems it may use, and it works by your company's handbook.

Can individuals use Telmivo?

No. Telmivo is a business-to-business platform. Accounts are opened for companies, and each user is invited by their company's administrator.

Will people know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Every AI employee says it is an AI assistant at the start of a conversation and in its signature. This is a platform rule that cannot be switched off.

Can an AI employee commit the company to something?

Not on its own. It asks for approval before any binding action, whatever its status. On probation, its manager signs off everything it does.

Which systems can it work with?

Phone lines, and mailboxes and calendars on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Further systems are added from Telmivo's catalogue.

Which languages does it speak?

Romanian, Hungarian and English. A role can be described in any of the three, and each location chooses the language it answers in first.

Who can read the conversations?

Nobody by default. Reading transcripts is not part of any user role, including for Telmivo staff. An account owner or admin can grant it to a named person for at most 90 days, and every read is logged.

How is it billed?

As a subscription for your company's account. We send the current plans when you request access.

How do we start?

Request access with the form on this page. We reply by email, open your company's account and invite your administrator. From there you hire your first AI employee and take it through a trial run.
